WonderfulSubs LLC is the issuer of your WonderfulSubs LLC Net 30 Account. WonderfulSubs LLC is located in Marlton, NJ. In order to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. This means that we will ask for the Authorized Officer’s name, home address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify the Authorized Officer when opening an account. In addition, the bank must obtain the business’s legal name, street address, and taxpayer identification number. We may also ask for your or your employees driver’s license or other identifying documents. We may gather information about you from an employer, bank, credit bureau, and others, in order to verify your identity and to determine your eligibility for WonderfulSubs LLC Net 30 Account. If you ask us, we will inform you whether or not we requested a credit bureau report and the names and addresses of any credit bureaus that provided us with such information. You hereby authorize us to share experiential and transactional information regarding you and your account with the retailer for whom this card is issued, and its affiliates. To be approved for WonderfulSubs LLC NET 30 Account, you must meet our qualification criteria. Your credit limit will be determined by a review of your business reports, and in some cases, a review of other financial information we may ask you or your business to provide. You will be informed of the amount of your credit line when your account is opened. Account users can make purchases up to the limit that is assigned by WonderfulSubs LLC. WonderfulSubs LLC in its sole discretion extends credit and establishes Net 30 Accounts. The credit limit can be monitored via WonderfulSubs LLC website (located at https://www.wonderfulsubs.com/). WonderfulSubs LLC may change the credit limit without prior notice. WonderfulSubs LLC may suspend an Account or refuse to authorize any Transaction at its sole discretion. WonderfulSubs LLC shall use its best efforts to resolve purchase disputes directly with the relevant merchant particularly such disputes arising out of quality or warranty issues. All billed charges must be paid in full regardless of reported disputes.
